We're delighted to say all are welcome.  

We're still looking for volunteers (set up starts at 4 pm, with the meal at roughly 5 pm, and clean-up anytime from 6 pm onwards).  Please drop an email to wardens@stmatthiasvictoria.ca

We've got most of the supplies in hand, but to make us feel super confident, it would be very helpful to have a general RSVP (yes, we know things are unpredictable, life happens!).  Please drop an email to wardens@stmatthiasvictoria.ca or leave a message in the parish office by phoning 250.598.2833

Within the diocese, we've heard that there are some folks who aren't receiving newsletters as they would like.  If you're reading this, a newsletter has reached you, we know!  However, you may have friends or household members who are having trouble.  You may also wish to stop receiving our newsletters.  A few friendly suggestions (the really technical suggestions have been shared among the administrators ... ):  

1.  Please check your "junk folders."  Sometimes there's a problem "recognizing" friendly email.  There seems to be a problem more frequently amongst shaw.ca email addresses.  (We'll check our subscription lists, too.)

2.  This email is going to our "general" list.  We don't share it with anyone else, so if you subscribed at one time and have changed your mind, please click on the "unsubscribe" option.  Better still, send an email to wardens@stmatthiasvictoria.ca and we'll make sure we take care of that.  

3.  And, of course, if someone has passed this newsletter to you and you want your own copy, please drop a note to wardens@stmatthiasvictoria.ca  We'll be delighted to add you!!
