We require all renters to provide proof of insurance 5 days before occupation, and carry insurance, minimum of $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability + $250,000 Legal Liability

For caterered events we require proof of Commercial General Liability from the business you are using to do your catering or if you are self-catering using our kitchen we require the person operating the kitchen to provide a food safe certificate.

If you will be serving alcohol at your event you will need to have adequate insurance that covers alcohol for the number of guests in attendance. You will also have to apply for a special events license and have a valid serving it right certificate.
