Join us on September 25th at 4 pm for our second annual Climate Vigil
This will be a time to hold our grief and fear, our pain and our hope for the Earth and all creatures.
As the fires rage and the floodwaters rise, we lift our prayers to God and commit to act in solidarity with all who suffer in this time of climate emergency.
Please bring symbols of your eco-grief to place on the altar.
There will be times of singing and silence, invitations to enact your grief and hope through ritual, prayer, and art – and a quiet place to sit and ponder.
We will close with a simple Communion – receiving the gifts of bread and wine, offered up to God in thanks, as we are nourished and sent into the world with small flickering candles of hope.
